Maintenance Pathways

Beka Walkway elastic roof and flooring rubbers are used to mark maintenance pathways on flat roofs while also protecting the waterproofing system. They are also applied in solar, HVAC, lightning protection, or other technical installations that require regular maintenance.

Beka Walkway is resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat. Roof and walkway panels are available in black, grey, and colored EPDM speckled options, as well as in a special green color. This visual contrast enhances the visibility of maintenance pathways even under low-visibility conditions. In wet conditions, Beka Walkway provides excellent drainage and is non-slip. The material composition, made of up to 93% recycled rubber, represents active sustainability and a real-life example of circular economy in building products.
